Terms of Service

Lulani is made by A14 Labs LLC ("A14 Labs", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and A14 Labs covering your use of the Lulani website and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for parents and guardians; children use Lulani only through a parent's account, in listening mode. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account.

You may only create a voice in Lulani from a recording of yourself, or of another living adult who records their own spoken consent. You agree not to attempt to clone anyone's voice without their consent, and not to upload or record audio of children. We may remove any voice we reasonably believe was created without consent.

Your recordings remain yours. You give us the limited license we need to store them, process them into a synthetic voice, and play stories to your family. We do not use your audio to train AI models.

Stories generated in Lulani are for your family's personal, private use. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is harmful, hateful, or unlawful, not to resell or redistribute generated audio, and not to use synthetic voices to mislead anyone.

Lulani costs $5.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; if you cancel during the trial you will not be charged at all. Gift purchases are one-time payments for a fixed period and are non-refundable once redeemed. Prices may change, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change affects you.

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your family's recordings, voices, and generated stories from our systems. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, A14 Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@lulani.app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where A14 Labs LLC is organized.
